The single machine bag filter is a small bag filter introduced from Fule Company in the United States, which has the technical level of the 1980s. The UF type single machine dust collector is economical and practical, with a simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance. It is mainly used for collecting dust at emission and dust points such as warehouse tops, warehouse bottoms, warehouse tops, and various conveyors.
UF - (STD, FM, FB) series single machine bag filter structure composition:
1. Box body: including shell, filter bag, maintenance door, filter bag hoop, flower board, designed with a pressure resistance of 2500Pa;
2. Exhaust system: including fan, fan matching motor;
3. Shaking mechanism: including a shaking reduction motor, a curved rod, a shaking connecting rod, and a shaking shaft (also known as a filter bag suspension shaft);
4. The intake and exhaust parts.
Working principle of UF - (STD, FM, FB) series single machine bag filter:
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper or ash storage box through the air inlet, and enters the filter bag through three ways: through the flower plate hole or directly through the flower plate hole. The dusty gas passes through the filter bag to become clean gas, enters the box, and is then discharged by the fan through the upper exhaust port of the box. Dust accumulates on the inner surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag dust collector to constantly rise. When the resistance rises to 1500-2000Pa, in order to continue the operation of the bag filter, it is necessary to regularly remove the dust on the filter bag. When cleaning the dust specifically, first turn off the top fan, shake the eccentric action on the motor, drive the connecting rod, make the shaking shaft rotate back and forth left and right, and the filter bag will be in a corrugated state, causing the dust to fall and be discharged.
After the dust cleaning is completed and the shaking stops, restart the fan to restart the dust collector. The above actions are automatically controlled by the controller. If a large amount of dust is found to overflow from the exhaust port during further operation. There may be broken bags that need to be replaced. Due to the clean gas passing through the filter bag inside the box, people can open the inspection door and enter the room directly when checking and replacing the bag.
